Nalini NAVARRO GUARDIA, is a graduate of the University of Panama, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law and Political Science. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance Law from University of London, UK.
Within her academic preparation, she also obtained a Diploma in Tax Law at the Latina University of Panama.
Additionally Nalini is an Autohorized Public Translator and Authorised Real Estate Broker for the Republic of Panama.
In her professional practice she specializes in corporate law, administrative law, asset planning and protection and real estate law.
In 2014 Nalini Navarro decided to start her own firm, NAVARRO GUARDIA S.C. with which seeks to offer a personalized and professional service to its customers.
Nalini Navarro complements her professional practice with management of family businesses and her participation in management of NGOs focused on education and women.
She has written numerous essays on corporate issues and is the author of the work entitled The Legal and Administrative Organization of Private Interest Foundations under Panamanian law.
Nalini Navarro is a member of the National Bar Association of Panama, the Alumni Association of Universities UK and was President of the Latin American Council for the Study of International and Comparative Law, Chapter of Panama.
